One of the biggest problems with list apps is how hard it is to get new items onto a list. When you want to quickly add something to a list you have to stop what you are doing, visit another site or open an app, add the item to the list, and then hope you can get back to work without losing your train of thought or getting distracted.

Using the Listium extension you can quickly add an item to any of your lists and get back to what you were doing. You can also add the current url and grab an image from the current page which is great for bookmarks or product research.
