CA Service Management Research Tool is a chrome extension to capture screenshots, select text and copy URLs and associate them to CA Service Desk tickets seamlessly retaining the context of the tickets you are working on.

[First time use]

If you are using this extension for the first time, you need to do the following:

1. Login to xFlow

2. Click on the "Research Tool" icon

3. Provide the details like Service Desk URL and login credentials
