Use the best AI in real estate to value property profiles. Property profiles are attributes that identify a certain kind of property in an area and includes zipcode, city, number of bedrooms, and more.

Based on a property profile we crunch some numbers and analyze the recent social data in the neighborhood of the home profile, as well as features of the home profile itself before returning a valuation for the property profile. This valuation reflects the value of the property based on the social data around it.
