As a one person team, you have a lot of things to do. ​Yet most of us have terrible organization systems: jot notes on random papers, the newest apps, documents in Evernote, Google Docs, or Notepad. Organizational programs like Trello, Slack, or Wonderlist can help, but they can also be overly complicated. And they’re for teams.

Xout is not for teams. It’s for you.

It allows you to simply and quickly create tasks, track progress, stay organized, and get to work.

Research shows that the more often you see what needs to be accomplished, the more likely you are to get it done. Xout integrates with Chrome so that every time you open a new tab, your task list is the first thing you see. It’s a subtle reminder that you have stuff to do every time you’re tempted to click away from your work.
