Add a global hotkey to toggle chrome visibility, quickly switch between your current app and chrome.

After you install the extension:
* navigate to chrome://extensions/ page
* scroll to the bottom of the page
* click on "Keyboard shortcuts" on the right hand side of the page
* in the "Keyboard Shortcuts for Extensions and Apps" dialog find "Togglemeister Chrome Hotkey" section, select your hotkey and make sure it is set to be global
* click "OK"
* press the hotkey once to minimize the browser, press same hotkey again to restore and focus chrome
