+ Open accidentally closed tabs

Instructions to access the features:
1. Open "chrome://extensions/" window; that is, chrome's manage extensions window
2. Find "Off The Record History" extension and select the "Allow in incognito" checkbox, this will allow the extension to function in incognito mode
