uCheck Extension will allow you to be always in the know about what you are reading. No more fake news, wrong data, or unreliable websites.

This extension is connected to our extensive database of fake news websites and to uCheck, the first platform used for collectively verify and fact-check the news.

With uCheck extension, you will be warned when visiting unreliable or satirical websites. Bi clicking on the uCheck icon on the top-right, you can report a fake news website and we will review it together with our collaborators.

uCheck.co (visit our website) is a platform to collectively verify the contents of the news. With our extension, when navigating a news article or webpage that is being verified on our platform, you will be notified about possible misleading or incorrect contents, and the texts under verification will be highlighted in grey (under verification), green (correct), yellow (partially incorrect) or red (incorrect).

You can report articles as hoax / fake news by clicking on the uCheck icon on the top right.

If you find some wrong information in an article, just select it, right-click and see the reporting option under the uCheck icon.
