Open a library item and a link to the trailer will appear beneath the title.

Your library is not modified in any way, the plugin only adds a link to the trailer on youtube. If you already have local trailers or other extras they can be supported in the Plex client natively: https://support.plex.tv/articles/202934883-cinema-trailers-extras/
