Create YouTube clips, memes, and mashups in seconds
Ever wanted to share just a funny moment from a YouTube video onto Twitter, or a cool gameplay move onto Discord? With the HashCut Chrome extension, you can do just that -- make clips, memes and highlight reels directly from YouTube, and share instantly across social media.

★ Create clips
To create a clip, hit the ‘Start Recording’, ‘End Recording’, and ‘Save Clip’ on your desired video.

★ Create memes
Once you’ve set your start and end points, hit ‘Add Text’ and ‘Add Stickers’ to create fun memes.

★ Create mashups, or highlight reels
You’ll need to create an account and sign-in to create mashups. Once signed in, click on the ‘Add to Mashup’ button on either the share screen, or in ‘My HashCuts’. Then, click on the reel icon at the top right to access your mashup page and finalize your highlight reel.

★ Share to Discord, Twitter, Facebook & more
To create 1-click share options, you’ll need to create a HashCut account. Once done, go to the ‘My Account’ page in the menu, and link your social media accounts. Once linked, you’ll see a lot of share options as you create hashcuts, so share away!

★ Save all your hashcuts
Once you create a free account, all your hashcuts are automatically saved for future use. To access them, simply visit ‘My HashCuts’ in the menu. From there, you can share hashcuts, combine them to create mashups, or delete unwanted ones.
