Creates a custom dark theme for Gamdom

This is a simple extension to recolor the Gamdom website. Highlights Mods, Admins, Youtubers, and Rain!
Version 1.0.1:
Colors Mods
Colors Admins
System Messages are green
Rains are animated depending on Season (or can be set to default)
User Levels are colored and can be changed using Hex codes
Toggle lets you add 'Sparkle' to level 100+
User Profiles can be turned on and off

1.0.2: Tweaked loading issue
1.0.3: Fixed Level 50 number
1.0.4: whoops, fixed level 50 again lol
1.0.5: added option to change joker to blue!
1.0.6: a few tweaks to the active page, balance, hilo history for blue.
1.0.7: added logo in roulette green space!
1.0.8: Better green logo and color, change red/black buttons as well
1.0.9: Extended the chat a little. made more room for langs at the top.
1.1.0: Fixed YT message display
1.1.1: Fixed Snow
1.1.2: Fixed some of the changes with the latest update (like chat)
1.1.3: Added level 95. Added more Hilo History
1.1.4: Quick sizing fix, hilo
1.1.5: Tweak hilo history, jackpot display
