* Fix authentication

* Slow down the request rate in order to avoid triggering MyAnimeList's anti-flooding mechanisms

Version 30, 31 & 32
* MyAnimeList now uses https. Updated the links in my code and in the manifest.
* If many requests are failing then we slow down our request rate. (Exponential backoff.)

* Reduce number of simultaneous connections to 2.

* Wikipedia now uses https. Updated the url matcher accordingly.
