Support Omniture testing in Cucumber.

Capture traffic of client side calls,
Store the data in the background page,
Each tab has its data stored separately
after the page loads, inject html elements.

Test app can then read the history.

Options can be set to choose which domains to track, and which values to expand for a person to more easily inspect in the html.

maximum history of 20 events is kept for each domain.
