Highlights background color of issues

To use this extension follow the following steps:
- Set "Board Settings" -> "Card Colors"

Normally setting the card colors will only add a bar on the left side of the issue. But with this plugin it will color the whole card. The bar on the left of the issue will get the color set by "Card Color" and the rest of the card will get a 90% lighter color. So if the bar is set to dark green, the rest of the card will be light green.
