This extension allows the user to 'permanently' toggle AngularJS debug mode on in production deployments

It's basically AngularJS Batarang but without the "performance" tab and with the additional feature of enabling you to toggle debug mode on/off in production enabled apps at will.

Fixed an issue from Batarang where $parent scopes didn't get the __private__ filter treatment

Added an automatic page reload when you enable the debug mode override along with attempting to better persist the toggle state through browser restarts and the like
