Vereign is a self-sovereign identity (SSI) and personal data store that answers to the user. Designed to be immediately useful, it can be hardened by automatic as well as third party verifications following Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines at Swiss banking standards.

Currently in early beta stage, this Chrome plugin allows you to apply your Vereign identity to Gmail:

> Send identity verified email and secure your messages with digital signatures that verify on all S/MIME compatible e-mail clients.
> Keep an independent, blockchain secured archive of all your important communication.
> Upgrade your Gmail with seamless end-to-end security.
