Millennials are people born between 1980 and 2000, and they are all adults now. This extension attempts to represent this generation as what they are, adults under a certain age, rather than with the "Millenials" buzzword that's more often than not an attempt to infantilize or worse, villainize, those who belong to that demographic.

Plus, it highlights the absurdity of many of these headlines.
