Dissenter Blue is a universal comment section for the entire internet!
It is both a web application and an open source browser extension. Dissenter Blue organizes conversations around individual URL's and creates a public square on them where anyone can leave a comment.

Blue adds better URL functionality for Facebook.com and is modified to comply with the Google Web Store policies.
