Checks for homo-graphs in the domain name of the current website to prevent phishing.

Keep a list of Protected Domains with this tool. When surfing the web, if the website is similar to a domain in your protected list, it will alert your to be careful.

If there are less than 4 permutations in the domain then it will catch it. It will catch things like "paypaᶘ.com" if you has "paypal.com" in your protected list. If the domain is short (< 7 characters excluding the TLD) it allow 2 permutations.

This tool is not fool-proof. An attacker can simply make more change to the domain until it has different enough. But than it is easy for you to spot the difference with the naked eye.

The default list of Protected Domains are:

google.com
yahoo.com
secure.moneygram.com
westernunion.com
paypal.com
myetherwallet.com

You can add more in Settings page.

All data is keep private on your computer.
